The Underground, a speakeasy and distillery within The Mob Museum, the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement, is thrilled to unveil its upcoming lineup of live entertainment and exclusive cocktail offerings for the month of February. Among the highlights is a special cocktail created in honor of Las Vegas’ inaugural major game.
Cocktails and Conversation with Calabrese
Dates:
- Tuesday, February 6: Unveiling the operations of the Chicago Outfit
- Wednesday, March 20: A strategic dance between the law and the Mob
- Wednesday, April 3: The Chicago Outfit’s influence in Las Vegas
- Wednesday, May 8: Insights from prison recordings and building the “Family Secrets” case
- Wednesday, June 12: The “Family Secrets” trial and the dismantling of the Chicago Outfit
Time: 8 to 9 p.m.
Location: The Underground distillery
Cost: $35 per person (21 years and older).
Description: Join reformed mobster Frank Calabrese Jr. at The Underground distillery for an exclusive journey into his past with the Chicago Outfit. Each month, Calabrese Jr. will delve into different chapters of his life, sharing stories about family dynamics, the inner workings of the Chicago Outfit, and wearing a wire in prison with his infamous father, hitman Frank Calabrese Sr. The series will also cover how Calabrese Jr.’s cooperation launched a groundbreaking Mob investigation. A craft cocktail is included with each ticket.
International Pisco Sour Day – The Pisco Sour Cocktail

Description: Celebrate the iconic Pisco Sour, credited to Mormon American Victor Vaughen Morris in the 1920s. Crafted with Macchu Pisco, lime, simple syrup, and egg whites, garnished with a lime wheel.
Big Game – The Bookmaker Cocktail

Time: Monday to Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to midnight; Saturday and Sunday, noon to midnight
