The Miami Marlins have teamed up with The Cordish Companies to introduce Miami Live! – an innovative entertainment destination at loanDepot park, crafted to enhance the ballpark experience. This dynamic development will feature a mix of indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment venues, creating a vibrant community hub while boosting fan engagement. The project will also host year-round programming with curated activities designed to connect and inspire people of all ages.

Miami Live! highlights the Marlins’ commitment to South Florida, offering a top-tier destination that blends modern design with versatile open spaces. In addition to enriching the local experience, this project will stimulate economic growth by creating job opportunities across skilled trades, marketing, sales, and operations. Miami Live! represents a significant step in transforming loanDepot park into a hub of connection, entertainment, and community celebration.

The project is being developed in collaboration with The Cordish Companies, a fourth-generation, family-owned business renowned as one of the leading developer-operators in the United States.
